GUARDING

All our security officers are trained in accordance with stipulations and the act as set by PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority)

We believe that professional, effective and efficient security cannot be provided unless staff is trained accordingly.  For this reason we have adopted a policy whereby only staff that has successfully completed the required training course and induction can be considered for employment

Security Officer training is completed prior to employment.  Security Officers are employed based on proof and clearance of PSIRA registration certificate.

Record of the following will be kept on each employee's file for audit purposes:

• Induction Checklist
• Training/Communication Register
• Training Matrix for Employees
